- See the total price before you book. Labour, materials and travel are shown separately.
- Pay in the app. The payment is held, and the professional is paid only when the job is done.
- Confirm. There is a 12-hour review period. If something goes wrong, report a problem and the payment pauses.
How are professionals checked?
Before their first job, our team checks every professional's ID and criminal record. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists.
On a regulated service, only professionals whose licence our team has approved can take the job.
What does it cost?
Book at your price or compare professionals' offers. The 5% Protection & Safety fee (minimum €1.50, maximum €12) goes on top, and you see the total before you accept.
Extra costs only with a photo or video, and you pay them only when you approve them.
