When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: How it works: the same job, with proof
Updated
You ask, choose a checked professional and pay in the app. The money is held until the job is done: no paying a stranger upfront, and no prices agreed by word of mouth.
What are the steps?
- Describe the request and add a photo.
- Professionals nearby are told. Every one has had their ID and criminal record checked.
- Choose by level, reviews and real work.
- Accept the total price and pay in the app.
- Check the work. You have 12 hours once it is done.
How is this different from asking a friend for a number?
The recommendation still counts, but now it comes with proof: the check level, reviews of finished jobs and photos clients have approved. The price is written down in the app.
What if I change my mind?
Until a professional accepts, you cancel the request at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, you get back everything you paid.
Why is payment always in the app?
Because that is the only way the payment can be paused when something goes wrong. Every amount has a receipt, and what was agreed is on record.

- Aceite o preço total e pague na app.
- Reveja o trabalho. Tem 12 horas depois de concluído.
Em que é diferente de pedir um número a um amigo?
A recomendação continua a valer, mas passa a ter provas: o nível de verificação, avaliações de trabalhos concluídos e fotos que os clientes aprovaram. O preço fica escrito na app.
E se mudar de ideias?
Enquanto nenhum profissional aceitar, cancela o pedido sem custos. Se um trabalho já marcado for cancelado, recebe de volta tudo o que pagou.
Porque se paga sempre na app?
Porque só assim o pagamento pode ser posto em pausa quando algo corre mal. Cada valor fica num recibo, e o que foi combinado fica registado.

- Los profesionales cercanos reciben el aviso. Todos tienen la identidad y los antecedentes verificados.
- Elige por nivel, reseñas y trabajos reales.
- Acepta el precio total y paga en la app.
- Revisa el trabajo. Tienes 12 horas una vez hecho.
¿En qué se diferencia de pedir un número a un amigo?
La recomendación sigue valiendo, pero ahora llega con pruebas: el nivel de verificación, reseñas de trabajos terminados y fotos que los clientes han aprobado. El precio queda por escrito en la app.
¿Y si cambio de idea?
Mientras ningún profesional acepte, cancelas la solicitud sin coste. Si se cancela un trabajo ya reservado, recuperas todo lo que pagaste.
¿Por qué se paga siempre en la app?
Porque solo así el pago puede quedar en pausa cuando algo sale mal. Cada importe tiene su recibo, y lo acordado queda registrado.
