When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

Your profile brings together your finished jobs, reviews and photos of work your clients have approved. None of it can be typed in by hand: it all comes from real jobs.

How do I publish photos of a job?
Ask the client to approve them. Only then do they appear, with the "Verified R3solvo job" badge and a watermark. They cannot show people, children, documents or addresses.
Can I reply to a review?
Yes, in public. Only someone who finished a job with you through R3solvo can leave a review.
Does my public page show my details?
No. It shows your level, reviews, services and approved works, never your ID, criminal record or personal contacts. Turning it on is up to you.
Can I take this history with me?
Coming next. You will be able to download your work record, with a QR code that proves it is genuine.

Como publico fotos de um trabalho?
Peça ao cliente que as aprove. Só então aparecem, com o selo «Trabalho R3solvo verificado» e uma marca de água. Não podem mostrar pessoas, crianças, documentos nem moradas.
Posso responder a uma avaliação?
Sim, em público. Só deixa avaliação quem concluiu um trabalho consigo através da R3solvo.
A página pública mostra os meus dados?
Não. Mostra o nível, as avaliações, os serviços e os trabalhos aprovados, nunca a identificação, o registo criminal nem os contactos pessoais. Ativá-la é opcional.
Posso levar este histórico comigo?
Em breve. O registo de trabalho vai poder ser descarregado, com um código QR que prova que é verdadeiro.

¿Cómo publico fotos de un trabajo?
Pide al cliente que las apruebe. Solo entonces aparecen, con el sello «Trabajo R3solvo verificado» y una marca de agua. No pueden mostrar personas, niños, documentos ni direcciones.
¿Puedo responder a una reseña?
Sí, en público. Solo puede dejar una reseña quien terminó un trabajo contigo a través de R3solvo.
¿Mi página pública muestra mis datos?
No. Muestra tu nivel, tus reseñas, tus servicios y tus trabajos aprobados, nunca tu identidad, tus antecedentes ni tus contactos personales. Activarla es opcional.
¿Puedo llevarme este historial?
Próximamente. Podrás descargar tu registro de trabajo, con un código QR que demuestra que es auténtico.
