When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: Work for yourself, with no lead fees

Sign up at no cost and never pay for leads. You set your price, see what you keep before you accept and pay a commission only when a job is done.
What does it cost to be on R3solvo?
Nothing until you finish a job. Then you pay a commission between 15% and 20%, depending on your level, VAT included. Anyone approved while the Founding Pro offer is open pays less for their first 12 months.
Do I know my payout before I accept?
Yes. Every open job shows what you keep after the commission, and the figure follows your offer as you type it.
Has the client paid before I start?
On a priced job, yes: the client is charged as soon as they accept your price or offer. The money reaches your IBAN through Stripe after the 12-hour review period.
What else is in the app?
A calendar, earnings job by job, a client list and a public page with a QR code, in the browser on your phone or computer.
What do I need to sign up?
An ID document, a criminal record certificate issued in the last three months and an IBAN. Regulated services also need your licence.

Nada, até concluir um trabalho. Aí paga uma comissão entre 15% e 20%, consoante o nível, com IVA incluído. Quem for aprovado enquanto a oferta Founding Pro está aberta paga menos durante os primeiros 12 meses.
Vejo o valor que me fica antes de aceitar?
Sim. Cada trabalho disponível mostra o valor que lhe fica depois da comissão, e esse valor acompanha a oferta enquanto a escreve.
O cliente já pagou quando começo?
Num trabalho com preço, sim: o cliente é cobrado assim que aceita o seu preço ou a sua oferta. O valor chega ao seu IBAN, pela Stripe, depois do período de revisão de 12 horas.
O que mais tenho na app?
Agenda, ganhos trabalho a trabalho, lista de clientes e uma página pública com código QR, no navegador do telemóvel ou do computador.
O que preciso para me inscrever?
Um documento de identificação, um certificado de registo criminal emitido nos últimos três meses e um IBAN. Os serviços regulados pedem também a licença.

¿Cuánto cuesta estar en R3solvo?
Nada hasta que terminas un trabajo. Entonces pagas una comisión de entre el 15% y el 20%, según tu nivel, IVA incluido. Quien sea aprobado mientras la oferta Founding Pro esté abierta paga menos durante sus primeros 12 meses.
¿Veo lo que me queda antes de aceptar?
Sí. Cada trabajo disponible muestra lo que te queda después de la comisión, y esa cifra sigue a tu oferta mientras la escribes.
¿El cliente ya ha pagado cuando empiezo?
En un trabajo con precio, sí: al cliente se le cobra en cuanto acepta tu precio o tu oferta. El dinero llega a tu IBAN a través de Stripe tras el periodo de revisión de 12 horas.
