When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: Getting paid: money in when the price is agreed
Updated
You're paid 12 hours after you complete the job, or as soon as the client approves it. The payment goes to your Stripe account, which sends it on to your bank account.
When does the client pay?
When they accept your price or your offer. Their card is charged then, through Stripe, and R3solvo holds the money. If the job started without a price, you propose one in the app, and you can only complete the job once the client accepts it.
What happens if the client's payment fails?
The job is kept for you for 24 hours while the client pays another way. Until then, you can't mark that you've arrived or start the job. So on a priced job, you never start before the money is in the app.
When do I get the money?
- You complete the job in the app.
- The client has 12 hours to review the job.
- The client approves, or the 12 hours pass, and the payment is released automatically.
- Stripe sends it to your bank account.
In Earnings you see every payout and the status of each payment.
What if the client reports a problem?
The payment pauses until our team has looked into the job, and you see its status on the job itself. In the end, either the payment is released to you or the client is refunded. You can talk to our team from the job.
How do tips and extra costs reach me?
Both come through the app. An extra cost is charged to the client the moment they approve it. With a tip, if the client taps the heart, they cover the fee, and you get the whole tip.
What if a client misses a booking?
If a client booked a time at your place and doesn't turn up, you can record the no-show 15 minutes after the booked time. Half the price is yours and the other half goes back to the client, after the review period.
Do I still issue my own receipts?
Yes, just as you do today. As a self-employed professional, you issue the client an invoice-receipt (in Portugal, the recibo verde) for the job's full price, before commission. The commission is R3solvo's service to you, invoiced separately. On each job, the app shows the amount, the commission and what you receive.
What is DAC7, and what do I have to do?
DAC7 is an EU rule: digital platforms report to the tax authority what professionals earn through them, with no minimum amount for services. Your part is to give your tax details when you set up payments, and to update them if they change. The reporting is R3solvo's duty, and by 31 January you receive a copy of what was reported for the year before.

Recebe 12 horas depois de concluir o trabalho, ou logo que o cliente o aprove. O pagamento vai para a sua conta Stripe, que o transfere para o seu IBAN.
Quando é que o cliente paga?
Quando aceita o seu preço ou a sua oferta. O cartão é cobrado nesse momento, através da Stripe, e o dinheiro fica retido pela R3solvo. Se o trabalho começou sem preço, propõe-o na app, e só o pode concluir depois de o cliente o aceitar.
O que acontece se o pagamento do cliente falhar?
O trabalho fica guardado para si durante 24 horas, enquanto o cliente paga de outra forma. Até lá, não pode marcar a chegada nem começar. Assim, num trabalho com preço, nunca começa sem o dinheiro estar na app.
Quando recebo o dinheiro?
- Conclui o trabalho na app.
- O cliente tem 12 horas para rever o trabalho.
- O cliente aprova, ou as 12 horas passam, e o pagamento é libertado automaticamente.
- A Stripe transfere-o para o seu IBAN.
Em Ganhos vê cada recebimento e o estado de cada pagamento.
E se o cliente reportar um problema?
O pagamento fica em pausa até a nossa equipa analisar o trabalho, e vê o estado no próprio trabalho. No fim, ou o pagamento é libertado para si, ou o cliente é reembolsado. Pode falar com a nossa equipa a partir do trabalho.
Como recebo as gorjetas e os custos extra?
Ambos chegam pela app. Um custo extra é cobrado ao cliente no momento em que o aprova. Numa gorjeta, se o cliente tocar no coração, cobre a taxa, e recebe a gorjeta toda.
E se o cliente faltar a uma marcação?
Se o cliente marcou uma hora no seu espaço e não aparece, pode registar a falta 15 minutos depois da hora marcada. Metade do preço fica para si e a outra metade volta para o cliente, depois do período de revisão.
Tenho de passar recibos verdes?
Sim, continua como hoje. Como trabalhador independente, passa a fatura-recibo ao cliente pelo preço total do trabalho, antes da comissão. A comissão é um serviço da R3solvo a si, faturado à parte. Em cada trabalho, a app mostra o valor, a comissão e o que recebe.
O que é o DAC7 e o que tenho de fazer?
O DAC7 é uma regra europeia: as plataformas digitais comunicam às Finanças o que os profissionais recebem através delas, sem valor mínimo nos serviços. Da sua parte, dá os seus dados fiscais quando configura os pagamentos e atualiza-os se mudarem. O reporte é obrigação da R3solvo, e até 31 de janeiro recebe uma cópia do que foi comunicado sobre o ano anterior.

Cobras 12 horas después de terminar el trabajo, o en cuanto el cliente lo aprueba. El pago va a tu cuenta de Stripe, que lo transfiere a tu cuenta bancaria.
¿Cuándo paga el cliente?
Cuando acepta tu precio o tu oferta. Su tarjeta se cobra en ese momento, a través de Stripe, y R3solvo retiene el dinero. Si el trabajo empezó sin precio, lo propones en la app, y solo puedes terminarlo cuando el cliente lo acepta.
¿Qué pasa si falla el pago del cliente?
El trabajo queda reservado para ti durante 24 horas mientras el cliente paga de otra forma. Hasta entonces, no puedes marcar la llegada ni empezar. Así, en un trabajo con precio, nunca empiezas sin el dinero en la app.
¿Cuándo recibo el dinero?
- Terminas el trabajo en la app.
- El cliente tiene 12 horas para revisar el trabajo.
- El cliente lo aprueba, o pasan las 12 horas, y el pago se libera automáticamente.
- Stripe lo transfiere a tu cuenta bancaria.
En Ganancias ves cada cobro y el estado de cada pago.
¿Y si el cliente informa de un problema?
El pago queda en pausa hasta que nuestro equipo revisa el trabajo, y ves el estado en el propio trabajo. Al final, o el pago se libera para ti, o se reembolsa al cliente. Puedes hablar con nuestro equipo desde el trabajo.
¿Cómo recibo las propinas y los costes extra?
Los dos llegan por la app. Un coste extra se cobra al cliente en el momento en que lo aprueba. En una propina, si el cliente toca el corazón, cubre la tarifa, y recibes la propina entera.
¿Y si el cliente falta a una cita?
Si el cliente reservó una hora en tu espacio y no aparece, puedes registrar la ausencia 15 minutos después de la hora reservada. La mitad del precio es para ti y la otra mitad vuelve al cliente, después del periodo de revisión.
¿Sigo emitiendo mis propias facturas?
Sí, como hoy. Como autónomo, emites al cliente la factura de tu servicio (en Portugal, el recibo verde) por el precio total del trabajo, antes de la comisión. La comisión es un servicio de R3solvo para ti, facturado aparte. En cada trabajo, la app muestra el importe, la comisión y lo que recibes.
¿Qué es DAC7 y qué tengo que hacer?
DAC7 es una norma europea: las plataformas digitales informan a Hacienda de lo que ganan los profesionales a través de ellas, sin importe mínimo en los servicios. Tu parte es dar tus datos fiscales al configurar los pagos y actualizarlos si cambian. La declaración es obligación de R3solvo, y antes del 31 de enero recibes una copia de lo declarado sobre el año anterior.
