When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: Calculator: what one job really leaves you
Updated
You keep the job's price minus your level's commission, between 12% and 20%. You don't pay for leads, and the client's 5% fee is paid by the client, on top of your price.
How much do I keep on a €60 job?
- Verified (20%): €48.00, or €49.80 as a Founding Pro (17%).
- Qualified (18%): €49.20, or €51.00 as a Founding Pro (15%).
- R3solvo Certified (15%): €51.00, or €52.80 as a Founding Pro (12%).
The client pays €63: your €60 and the €3 fee.
What does the calculator do?
It compares what you keep from a job on a site that charges per lead and on R3solvo. You type in the job's price, what you spend on travel, how much you pay per lead and how many leads you pay for before you win a job.
How does it do the sums?
- On a site that charges per lead: the price, minus every lead you paid for until you won the job, minus travel.
- On R3solvo: the price, minus your level's commission, minus travel.
The starting figures are an example: €8 per lead and one job won in every four. Change them to your own.
Can you give me an example?
A €63 job with €6 of travel. On a site at €8 per lead, winning one job in four, you keep €25.00. On R3solvo you keep €46.29 as a Verified Founding Pro, and €49.44 as an R3solvo Certified Founding Pro.
Why does the calculator take travel out of my pocket?
To compare fairly. On R3solvo you can charge the client for it as its own line in your offer, at your price per kilometre. If you do, you keep more than the calculator shows.
Can the commission change after I accept a job?
No, it's fixed the moment you accept. If you move up a level, your next jobs pay the lower commission. The Founding Pro discount lasts 12 months from your approval, for anyone approved while the offer is open.
Do I pay anything to be on R3solvo?
No. Having a profile and answering requests costs nothing, and you pay only the commission on jobs that are completed and paid. The R3solvo Certified assessment has a cost, and R3solvo pays half.
How much does a professional earn on average?
We don't publish averages. It depends on the price you set, how many jobs you do and what you spend to get them. That's why the calculator uses your own figures, and it saves nothing you type.

Pode dar-me um exemplo?
Um trabalho de 63 €, com 6 € de deslocação. Num site a 8 € por contacto, com um trabalho ganho em cada quatro, fica com 25,00 €. Na R3solvo fica com 46,29 € como Founding Pro Verificado, e com 49,44 € como Founding Pro R3solvo Certified.
Porque é que a deslocação sai do meu bolso na calculadora?
Para comparar de forma justa. Na R3solvo pode cobrá-la ao cliente numa linha própria da oferta, com o seu preço por quilómetro. Nesse caso, fica com mais do que a calculadora mostra.
A comissão pode mudar depois de aceitar um trabalho?
Não, fica fixada no momento em que o aceita. Se subir de nível, os trabalhos seguintes já pagam a comissão mais baixa. O desconto Founding Pro dura 12 meses a contar da aprovação, para quem é aprovado enquanto a oferta está aberta.
Paga alguma coisa para estar na R3solvo?
Não. Ter perfil e responder a pedidos não custa nada, e só paga a comissão dos trabalhos concluídos e pagos. A avaliação para R3solvo Certified tem um custo, e a R3solvo paga metade.
Quanto ganha, em média, um profissional?
Não publicamos médias. Depende do preço que define, de quantos trabalhos faz e do que gasta para os conseguir. Por isso a calculadora usa os seus números, e não guarda nada do que escreve.
