When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

What can I book?
More than 900 services in 111 categories: repairs, cleaning, lessons, beauty, IT help and much more. Ask for someone now, book another day, sort it out remotely or visit the pro.
How do I know a professional is trustworthy?
Our team checks every professional's ID and criminal record before their first job, and the record is renewed every year. Their profile shows their level, reviews and the work clients have approved.
Can the price change when the professional arrives?
Not without your OK. The total price, travel included, shows before you accept. An extra cost needs a photo or video, and you pay it only if you approve it.
When does the professional get paid?
Only once the job is done. R3solvo holds the payment and releases it after a 12-hour review period, or sooner if you approve the work.
Does asking for a quote cost anything?
No. Asking for and comparing offers is free, and nothing is charged before a professional accepts. Then you pay the agreed price plus a 5% Protection & Safety fee, between €1.50 and €12.

A nossa equipa confirma a identidade e o registo criminal de cada profissional antes do primeiro trabalho, e o registo é renovado todos os anos. No perfil vê o nível, as avaliações e os trabalhos que os clientes aprovaram.
O preço pode mudar quando o profissional chega?
Não sem o seu OK. O preço total, com a deslocação, aparece antes de aceitar. Um custo extra precisa de foto ou vídeo, e só o paga se o aprovar.
Quando é que o profissional recebe?
Só com o trabalho concluído. A R3solvo guarda o pagamento e liberta-o depois de um período de revisão de 12 horas, ou mais cedo, se aprovar o trabalho.
Pedir orçamento tem custos?
Não. Pedir e comparar ofertas é gratuito, e nada é cobrado antes de um profissional aceitar. Depois, paga o preço combinado e uma Taxa de Proteção e Segurança de 5%, entre 1,50 € e 12 €.

¿Cómo sé que un profesional es de confianza?
Nuestro equipo comprueba la identidad y los antecedentes penales de cada profesional antes de su primer trabajo, y los antecedentes se renuevan cada año. En su perfil ves el nivel, las reseñas y los trabajos que han aprobado los clientes.
¿Puede cambiar el precio cuando llega el profesional?
No sin tu OK. El precio total, con el desplazamiento, aparece antes de aceptar. Un coste extra necesita una foto o un vídeo, y solo lo pagas si lo apruebas.
¿Cuándo cobra el profesional?
Solo cuando el trabajo está hecho. R3solvo guarda el pago y lo libera tras un periodo de revisión de 12 horas, o antes si apruebas el trabajo.
¿Pedir presupuesto cuesta algo?
No. Pedir y comparar ofertas es gratis, y no se cobra nada antes de que un profesional acepte. Después pagas el precio acordado y una Tarifa de Protección y Seguridad del 5%, entre 1,50 € y 12 €.
