When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: Tools for pros: calendar, earnings and clients
Updated
Your calendar, earnings, clients and prices in one place, with no monthly fee and nothing to install. It works in the browser on your phone or computer.
What do the calendar and earnings show?
The calendar shows your booked jobs, day by day. Earnings show each job with the price, the commission and what you received, and what is still to come.
How do I set my prices?
Choose the services you offer and, for each one, the price and the materials and tools you usually bring. Your offers start from there, and you adjust them job by job.
What about travel?
Set a rate per kilometre for each city you work in, with several distance bands. The client sees that line before accepting.
Can I show my work outside the app?
Yes. Your public page has a QR code for your card or van, and it takes clients to your profile.
What if the client does not speak Portuguese?
The app works in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and each person uses it in their own language.

A agenda mostra os trabalhos marcados, dia a dia. Os ganhos mostram cada trabalho com o preço, a comissão e o que recebeu, e também o que está para receber.
Como defino os meus preços?
Escolha os serviços que faz e, para cada um, o preço, os materiais e o equipamento que costuma levar. As ofertas partem daí, e ajusta-as a cada trabalho.
E a deslocação?
Defina um valor por quilómetro para cada cidade onde trabalha, com várias faixas de distância. O cliente vê essa linha antes de aceitar.
Posso mostrar o meu trabalho fora da app?
Sim. A página pública tem um código QR para o cartão ou para a carrinha, e leva os clientes ao seu perfil.
E se o cliente não falar português?
A app funciona em português, inglês e espanhol, e cada pessoa usa-a na sua língua.

Elige los servicios que haces y, para cada uno, el precio y los materiales y el equipo que sueles llevar. Tus ofertas parten de ahí, y las ajustas en cada trabajo.
¿Y el desplazamiento?
Fija una tarifa por kilómetro para cada ciudad donde trabajas, con varios tramos de distancia. El cliente ve esa línea antes de aceptar.
¿Puedo enseñar mi trabajo fuera de la app?
Sí. Tu página pública tiene un código QR para la tarjeta o la furgoneta, y lleva a los clientes a tu perfil.
