When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: No lead fees: commission only on finished jobs
Updated
Answering a request costs nothing. There are no credits to buy and no leads to pay for: R3solvo earns a commission only when you complete a job and the client pays.
How much do I pay to answer a request?
Nothing, and you can answer as many requests as you like. On lead sites, you pay for every lead, even when you don't win the job. Here, a request you lose costs you only the time it took to send the offer.
How do requests reach me?
Requests from clients nearby arrive with the distance to their address, and you choose which ones to answer. The client says whether they have the materials and whether they'll be home, so your offer starts from what's needed. Clients who already know you can send you a direct request or save you as a favourite.
Who sets my price?
You do. You set your prices for each service on your profile, and your offers start from them. In each offer you fit the amount to the job, with labour, materials, tools and travel on separate lines.
Can I charge for travel?
Yes. You set a price per kilometre for each city, with distance bands, and travel goes into your offer as its own line. The client sees it before they accept, so a job far away pays for the journey.
Do I know what I'll receive before I accept?
Yes. On available jobs, in an open job's details and in the offer form, the app shows what you receive after commission. In the form, the figure changes as you type your price.
What's the commission?
It depends on your level: 20% as Verified, 18% as Qualified and 15% as R3solvo Certified, VAT included. As a Founding Pro, you pay 17%, 15% or 12% for your first 12 months. Each job's commission is fixed when you accept it.
What if the job grows halfway through?
Send an extra cost in the app, with a description, the amount and a photo or video of what you found. The client approves and pays in one step, and the extra counts only once it's paid.
How do I reach more clients?
By moving up a level. Clients can ask for Qualified or R3solvo Certified professionals only, and some jobs, such as childcare, need Certified. Work that clients approve appears on your profile with the "Verified R3solvo job" badge. Your public page, with its QR code, helps the clients you already have book you again.

Responder a um pedido não custa nada. Não há créditos para comprar nem contactos a pagar: a R3solvo ganha uma comissão apenas quando conclui um trabalho e o cliente paga.
Quanto pago para responder a um pedido?
Nada, e pode responder a quantos pedidos quiser. Nos sites que cobram por contacto, paga cada pedido mesmo quando não fica com o trabalho. Aqui, um pedido perdido custa-lhe apenas o tempo da oferta.
Como chegam os pedidos até mim?
Os pedidos de clientes por perto chegam com a distância até à morada, e escolhe a quais responde. O cliente indica se já tem os materiais e se vai estar em casa, por isso a oferta parte do que é preciso. Os clientes que já o conhecem podem enviar-lhe um pedido direto ou guardá-lo nos favoritos.
Quem define o meu preço?
O próprio profissional. Define os preços de cada serviço no perfil, e as ofertas partem deles. Em cada oferta ajusta o valor ao trabalho, com a mão de obra, os materiais, o equipamento e a deslocação em linhas separadas.
Posso cobrar a viagem?
Sim. Define um preço por quilómetro em cada cidade, com escalões de distância, e a deslocação entra na oferta como uma linha própria. O cliente vê-a antes de aceitar, por isso um trabalho longe paga a viagem.
Sei quanto recebo antes de aceitar?
Sim. Nos trabalhos disponíveis, nos detalhes de um trabalho aberto e no formulário da oferta, a app mostra o que recebe depois da comissão. No formulário, o valor muda enquanto escreve o preço.
Qual é a comissão?
Depende do nível: 20% como Verificado, 18% como Qualificado e 15% como R3solvo Certified, IVA incluído. Como Founding Pro, paga 17%, 15% ou 12% nos primeiros 12 meses. A comissão de cada trabalho fica fixada quando o aceita.
E se o trabalho crescer a meio?
Envie um custo extra na app, com a descrição, o valor e uma foto ou vídeo do que encontrou. O cliente aprova e paga no mesmo passo, e o extra só conta depois de pago.
Como chego a mais clientes?
Subindo de nível. Os clientes podem pedir apenas profissionais Qualificados ou R3solvo Certified, e alguns trabalhos, como cuidar de crianças, exigem Certified. Os trabalhos que o cliente aprova aparecem no seu perfil com o selo "Trabalho R3solvo verificado". A sua página pública, com código QR, ajuda os clientes que já tem a voltar a marcar.

¿Cuánto pago por responder a una solicitud?
Nada, y puedes responder a todas las solicitudes que quieras. En las webs que cobran por contacto, pagas cada uno aunque no te quedes con el trabajo. Aquí, una solicitud perdida solo te cuesta el tiempo de la oferta.
¿Cómo me llegan las solicitudes?
Las solicitudes de clientes cercanos llegan con la distancia hasta su dirección, y eliges a cuáles responder. El cliente indica si ya tiene los materiales y si estará en casa, así que tu oferta parte de lo que hace falta. Los clientes que ya te conocen pueden enviarte una solicitud directa o guardarte en favoritos.
¿Quién fija mi precio?
Tú. Fijas los precios de cada servicio en tu perfil, y tus ofertas parten de ellos. En cada oferta ajustas el importe al trabajo, con la mano de obra, los materiales, las herramientas y el desplazamiento en líneas separadas.
¿Puedo cobrar el viaje?
Sí. Fijas un precio por kilómetro en cada ciudad, con tramos de distancia, y el desplazamiento entra en la oferta como una línea propia. El cliente lo ve antes de aceptar, así que un trabajo lejos paga el viaje.
¿Sé lo que cobro antes de aceptar?
Sí. En los trabajos disponibles, en los detalles de un trabajo abierto y en el formulario de la oferta, la app muestra lo que recibes después de la comisión. En el formulario, la cifra cambia mientras escribes el precio.
¿Cuál es la comisión?
Depende de tu nivel: 20% como Verificado, 18% como Cualificado y 15% como R3solvo Certified, IVA incluido. Como Founding Pro, pagas 17%, 15% o 12% durante tus primeros 12 meses. La comisión de cada trabajo queda fijada cuando lo aceptas.
