When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: Protected payment: the pro is paid at the end
Updated
You pay in the app when you accept the price, and R3solvo holds the money until the job is done. The professional is paid only after that, and if something goes wrong, the payment pauses.
How do protected payments work?
- You accept the price or an offer. Your saved card is charged then, through Stripe.
- R3solvo holds the payment while the job is under way.
- The professional finishes the job. A 12-hour review period starts.
- You approve, or let the 12 hours pass. The payment is released to the professional. Approve sooner, and they're paid straight away.
What if the job goes wrong?
Report a problem during the review period. The payment pauses, and nothing is released until our team has looked into the job. Then either the professional is paid, or your money is refunded.
Can the price go up during the job?
Only with your approval. An extra cost needs a photo or video and your OK. No photo, no extra. You pay it when you approve it, never before.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at no cost, while no professional has accepted your request. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded, extra costs included. Card refunds take 5 to 10 working days. If the professional cancels before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals.
How much does R3solvo cost?
The job's price is what you agreed with the professional. On top, there's the Protection & Safety fee: 5% of the price, at least €1.50 and at most €12, VAT included. On a €60 job, you pay €63. You always see the total before you accept.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments you see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. If you leave a tip, tap the heart to cover the fee, and the professional gets the whole tip.
Why not pay cash?
With cash, you pay first and hope it goes well, or you pay afterwards and the professional hopes you will. There's no receipt, no way to pause the payment and nobody to ask for your money back. In the app, the money is kept safe until both sides have reason to be happy.
Is the professional protected too?
Yes. Once the price is accepted, the money is already in the app, so the professional knows they'll be paid. They see what they'll receive before they accept the job.

Como funciona o pagamento protegido?
- Aceita o preço ou uma oferta. O cartão guardado é cobrado nesse momento, através da Stripe.
- A R3solvo retém o pagamento enquanto o trabalho está a decorrer.
- O profissional conclui o trabalho. Começa um período de revisão de 12 horas.
- Aprova, ou deixa passar as 12 horas. O pagamento é libertado para o profissional. Se aprovar antes, ele recebe logo.
E se o trabalho correr mal?
Reporte um problema durante o período de revisão. O pagamento fica em pausa e nada é libertado até a nossa equipa analisar o trabalho. Depois, ou o profissional recebe, ou o dinheiro é-lhe devolvido.
O preço pode subir a meio do trabalho?
Só com a sua aprovação. Um custo extra precisa de uma foto ou vídeo e do seu OK. Sem foto, não há extra. Paga-o no momento em que o aprova, e nunca antes.
Posso cancelar?
Sim, sem custos, enquanto nenhum profissional tiver aceitado o pedido. Se um trabalho marcado for cancelado, tudo o que pagou é reembolsado, incluindo os custos extra. Os reembolsos no cartão demoram 5 a 10 dias úteis. Se o profissional cancelar antes de começar, o pedido volta a ficar aberto a outros profissionais.
Quanto custa usar a R3solvo?
O preço do trabalho é o que combinou com o profissional. A isso soma-se a Taxa de Proteção e Segurança: 5% do preço, no mínimo 1,50 € e no máximo 12 €, IVA incluído. Num trabalho de 60 €, paga 63 €. Vê sempre o total antes de aceitar.
Onde estão os recibos?
Em Pagamentos vê cada pagamento, extra, gorjeta e reembolso, cada um com o recibo da Stripe. Se deixar uma gorjeta, toque no coração para cobrir a taxa, e o profissional recebe a gorjeta toda.
Porque não pagar em dinheiro?
Em dinheiro, paga antes e espera que corra bem, ou paga depois e o profissional espera que pague. Não há recibo, nem forma de pausar o pagamento, nem a quem pedir o dinheiro de volta. Na app, o dinheiro fica guardado até os dois lados terem razões para estar satisfeitos.
O profissional também fica protegido?
Sim. Quando o preço é aceite, o dinheiro já está na app, por isso o profissional sabe que vai receber. Vê o valor que recebe antes de aceitar o trabalho.

¿Cómo funciona el pago protegido?
- Aceptas el precio o una oferta. Se cobra en ese momento a tu tarjeta guardada, a través de Stripe.
- R3solvo retiene el pago mientras se hace el trabajo.
- El profesional termina el trabajo. Empieza un periodo de revisión de 12 horas.
- Lo apruebas, o dejas pasar las 12 horas. El pago se libera al profesional. Si lo apruebas antes, cobra enseguida.
¿Y si el trabajo sale mal?
Informa de un problema durante el periodo de revisión. El pago queda en pausa y no se libera nada hasta que nuestro equipo revisa el trabajo. Después, o el profesional cobra, o te devolvemos el dinero.
¿El precio puede subir a mitad del trabajo?
Solo si tú lo apruebas. Un coste extra necesita una foto o un vídeo y tu visto bueno. Sin foto, no hay extra. Lo pagas en el momento en que lo apruebas, nunca antes.
¿Puedo cancelar?
Sí, sin coste, mientras ningún profesional haya aceptado tu solicitud. Si se cancela un trabajo reservado, te devolvemos todo lo que pagaste, costes extra incluidos. Los reembolsos en tarjeta tardan de 5 a 10 días hábiles. Si el profesional cancela antes de empezar, tu solicitud vuelve a estar abierta a otros profesionales.
¿Cuánto cuesta usar R3solvo?
El precio del trabajo es el que acordaste con el profesional. A eso se suma la Tarifa de Protección y Seguridad: el 5% del precio, con un mínimo de 1,50 € y un máximo de 12 €, IVA incluido. En un trabajo de 60 €, pagas 63 €. Siempre ves el total antes de aceptar.
¿Dónde están mis recibos?
En Pagos ves cada cobro, extra, propina y reembolso, cada uno con su recibo de Stripe. Si dejas propina, toca el corazón para cubrir la tarifa, y el profesional recibe la propina entera.
¿Por qué no pagar en efectivo?
En efectivo, pagas antes y esperas que salga bien, o pagas después y el profesional espera que pagues. No hay recibo, ni forma de pausar el pago, ni a quién pedir tu dinero. En la app, el dinero queda guardado hasta que las dos partes tienen motivos para estar contentas.
¿El profesional también está protegido?
Sí. Cuando se acepta el precio, el dinero ya está en la app, así que el profesional sabe que va a cobrar. Ve lo que recibe antes de aceptar el trabajo.
