When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

More than 900 services in 111 categories, from plumbing to music lessons. Checked professionals do every one of them, in your home, remotely or at their own place.
Which home services are there?
The everyday ones: plumbing, electrics, cleaning, painting, small repairs, gardening, air conditioning and locksmiths. And the bigger ones: renovations, roofing, flooring, windows and doors, removals and solar panels.
What about services outside the home?
Tutoring, language and music lessons, IT support, photography, beauty and wellbeing, personal training, pet care, events and weddings, as well as appliance, bicycle and car repairs. There's also help with paperwork for people who have just moved to Portugal.
Can I book for today?
Yes. With an "On demand" request, available professionals nearby are told straight away. If you'd rather, schedule it for another day, ask for a remote session or book a time at the professional's place. Group classes and sessions show the price per person.
I can't find the service I need. What now?
Make a custom request. Describe the job, split it into objectives and set a price, or open it to offers. It's there for jobs that don't fit a single category.
Do some services have their own rules?
Yes. Regulated services only open up once our team has approved the professional's licence. Services that support children and older people are kept for R3solvo Certified professionals.
How much does each service cost?
Each professional sets their own prices, so the same service can cost different amounts. You see the total before you accept, with the 5% Protection & Safety fee already in: on a €40 service, you pay €42. You pay in the app, and the money is held until the job is done.
Are there professionals near me?
R3solvo starts in Coimbra and the Centro region. Requests go to the nearest professionals, and you see how far away each one is. Gyms, salons and studios are listed by distance.
Can I book the same professional again?
Yes. Save them as a favourite and send them a direct request next time. You can also browse professionals by service and compare each one's level, reviews, work and prices before you choose.
Which languages does it work in?
English, Portuguese and Spanish, which helps people who are new to Portugal and professionals with clients from abroad. Today it works in any browser, on your phone or your computer. The iPhone and Android apps come next.

¿Y servicios que no son para la casa?
Clases particulares, clases de idiomas y de música, soporte informático, fotografía, belleza y bienestar, entrenamiento personal, cuidado de mascotas, eventos y bodas, además de reparación de electrodomésticos, bicicletas y coches. También hay ayuda con el papeleo para quien acaba de mudarse a Portugal.
