When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

In detail: Ways to hire: now, scheduled or remote

There are five ways to ask for a professional: now, scheduled, remote, at their place or with goals. In every one, your payment is held until the job is done.
I need someone urgently. How does it work?
Choose "On demand". The nearest checked professionals are told at once, and the first to accept takes the job.
Can I book for another day?
Yes. With "Scheduled" you pick the days and times that suit you, and the professional books one of them.
What if the job can be done remotely?
IT help, tutoring or consulting can be "Remote". The session happens wherever you are, and both sides confirm it took place.
Can I go to the professional?
Yes, with "Visit the pro": find a salon, studio or gym near you and book a time for one person or a whole group. If you miss it, after 15 minutes half the price goes to the professional.
And a bigger job, with goals?
In a custom request you set the price, the goals and a bonus for each goal met. Any bonus the professional does not earn comes back to you.
Is there a service for businesses?
Not yet. Recurring, multi-site service for businesses is coming next.

Há cinco formas de pedir um profissional: já, agendado, à distância, no espaço do profissional ou com objetivos. Em todas, o pagamento fica retido até o trabalho estar concluído.
Preciso de alguém com urgência. Como funciona?
Escolha "No momento". Os profissionais verificados mais próximos são avisados de imediato e o primeiro que aceitar fica com o trabalho.
Posso marcar para outro dia?
Sim. Em "Agendado" escolhe os dias e as horas que lhe convêm, e o profissional marca uma das vagas.
E se o trabalho puder ser feito à distância?
Apoio informático, explicações ou consultoria podem ser "Remotos". A sessão acontece onde estiver, e ambas as partes confirmam que decorreu.
Posso ir eu ao profissional?
Sim, com "Ir ao profissional": encontre um salão, estúdio ou ginásio perto de si e marque uma hora para uma pessoa ou para um grupo. Se faltar, ao fim de 15 minutos metade do preço vai para o profissional.
E um trabalho maior, com objetivos?
Num pedido personalizado define o preço, os objetivos e um bónus por cada objetivo cumprido. Os bónus que o profissional não ganha são-lhe devolvidos.
Há um serviço para empresas?
Ainda não. Serviço recorrente e em vários locais para empresas é o nosso próximo passo.

Elige "Al momento". Los profesionales verificados más cercanos reciben el aviso al instante y el primero que acepta se queda con el trabajo.
¿Puedo reservar para otro día?
Sí. En "Programado" eliges los días y las horas que te van bien, y el profesional reserva uno de ellos.
¿Y si el trabajo se puede hacer a distancia?
Soporte informático, clases o consultoría pueden ser "Remotos". La sesión se hace donde estés, y las dos partes confirman que se realizó.
¿Puedo ir yo al profesional?
Sí, con "Ir al profesional": encuentra un salón, estudio o gimnasio cerca y reserva una hora para una persona o un grupo. Si no vas, después de 15 minutos la mitad del precio es para el profesional.
¿Y un trabajo más grande, con objetivos?
En una solicitud personalizada fijas el precio, los objetivos y un bono por cada objetivo cumplido. Los bonos que el profesional no gana vuelven a ti.
¿Hay un servicio para empresas?
