When and where does it launch?
A closed beta starts soon in Portugal, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Early access members try it first, and more countries follow.
How does payment protection work?
You pay by card through Stripe when you book. The money is held until the job is done, then released after a short review period, or sooner if you choose. Report a problem and it pauses while our team looks into it.
What if a booking is cancelled?
Before a pro accepts, you can cancel in the app at no cost. If a booked job is cancelled, everything you paid is refunded. Booked a visit at the pro's place and didn't come? After 15 minutes, half the price goes to the pro.
What if the professional cancels?
Before the work starts, your request opens again to other professionals. What you paid is refunded, and you pay again only when another professional takes the job.
Who brings the materials?
You say what you already have when you send the request. If the pro brings materials or tools, their offer lists each one with its price. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What does R3solvo charge?
Clients pay a 5% Protection & Safety fee (€1.50 to €12), already in every price. Pros pay 20%, 18% or 15% commission by level, and Founding Pros 17%, 15% or 12% for their first 12 months. VAT included.
Where are my receipts?
In Payments. You see every charge, extra, tip and refund, each with its Stripe receipt. Pros see their payouts in Earnings.
How are pros checked?
Our team checks every pro's ID and criminal record before their first job. Qualified adds checked credentials. R3solvo Certified adds top reviews and an assessment by licensed psychologists. Regulated services stay locked until the right licence is approved.
Can I book lessons for a child?
Yes. An adult books and stays responsible for the child. Tutoring for children needs a pro with an approved background check.
Can I offer my services?
Yes. Choose "Professional" when you join early access. You send your ID and criminal record and set up payouts with Stripe. Once approved, you can take jobs. We pay half of the R3solvo Certified assessment.
Does the emergency button replace 112?
No. In an emergency, call emergency services first. The app also has one-tap buttons for the police or an ambulance, and the alert lets our team know.

You always see the total price before you accept. Name the price you want to pay, or open your request to offers and compare them line by line: labour, materials, tools and travel.
How do I get a price from a professional?
- Your price: say how much you want to pay, and the professional accepts or not.
- Open to offers: professionals nearby send their offer, and you pick the one that makes sense to you.
You can also send your request straight to a professional you already know or have saved as a favourite.
What's in an offer?
Four separate lines: labour, materials, tools and travel. The lines add up to the offer's price, with nothing hidden. When you make your request, you say whether you already have the materials, so offers start from what's really missing.
How is travel worked out?
Each professional sets a price per kilometre in their city, with distance bands. Travel to your address shows as its own line, and you see it before you accept.
What does a real job come to?
A dripping tap: €45.00 for labour, €12.00 for materials and €6.00 for travel make €63.00. The Protection & Safety fee is 5%, so €3.15. You pay €66.15 in all, and that's the figure you see before you book.
Who decides the price?
The professional, not the platform. Each one has their own prices per service on their profile and fits the offer to the job in front of them. A hard job can be paid what it's worth, and a simple one doesn't have to cost more than it should.
Can the price go up after I accept?
Only if you approve it. If something unexpected turns up, such as a worn part, the professional sends an extra cost with a description, the amount and a photo or video. If you turn it down, the agreed price stands.
What if the job has no price yet?
Some jobs can only be priced on site. Then the professional proposes the price in the app once they've seen the problem. The job can only be completed when you accept it, and your card is charged at that point.
Does asking for offers cost anything?
No. Nothing is charged before a professional accepts your request, and until then you can cancel for free. The 5% fee applies only to the job you book, with a minimum of €1.50 and a maximum of €12.

Como peço um preço a um profissional?
- O seu preço: indica quanto quer pagar, e o profissional aceita ou não.
- Aberto a ofertas: os profissionais por perto enviam a sua oferta, e escolhe a que lhe faz sentido.
Também pode enviar o pedido diretamente a um profissional que já conhece ou que guardou nos favoritos.
O que inclui uma oferta?
Quatro linhas separadas: mão de obra, materiais, equipamento e deslocação. A soma das linhas é o preço da oferta, sem valores escondidos. Quando faz o pedido, indica se já tem os materiais, para que as ofertas partam do que falta mesmo.
Como é calculada a deslocação?
Cada profissional define um preço por quilómetro na sua cidade, com escalões de distância. A deslocação até à sua morada aparece numa linha própria, e vê-a antes de aceitar.
Quanto fica, num exemplo real?
Uma torneira a pingar: 45,00 € de mão de obra, 12,00 € de materiais e 6,00 € de deslocação dão 63,00 €. A Taxa de Proteção e Segurança é de 5%, ou seja 3,15 €. Paga 66,15 € no total, e é esse o valor que vê antes de marcar.
Quem decide o preço?
O profissional, e não a plataforma. Cada um tem os seus preços por serviço no perfil e ajusta a oferta ao trabalho concreto. Um trabalho difícil pode ser pago pelo que vale, e um simples não tem de custar mais do que deve.
O preço pode subir depois de aceitar?
Só se o aprovar. Se aparecer algo imprevisto, como uma peça gasta, o profissional envia um custo extra com a descrição, o valor e uma foto ou vídeo. Se o recusar, mantém-se o preço combinado.
E se o trabalho ainda não tiver preço?
Há trabalhos que só se orçamentam no local. Nesse caso, o profissional propõe o preço na app depois de ver o problema. O trabalho só pode ser concluído quando o aceitar, e o cartão é cobrado nesse momento.
Pedir ofertas tem algum custo?
Não. Nada é cobrado antes de um profissional aceitar o pedido, e até lá pode cancelar sem custos. A taxa de 5% só se aplica ao trabalho que marca, com um mínimo de 1,50 € e um máximo de 12 €.

¿Cómo pido precio a un profesional?
- Tu precio: dices cuánto quieres pagar, y el profesional acepta o no.
- Abierto a ofertas: los profesionales cercanos envían su oferta, y eliges la que tenga sentido para ti.
También puedes enviar la solicitud directamente a un profesional que ya conoces o que guardaste en favoritos.
¿Qué incluye una oferta?
Cuatro líneas separadas: mano de obra, materiales, herramientas y desplazamiento. La suma de las líneas es el precio de la oferta, sin nada oculto. Al hacer la solicitud, indicas si ya tienes los materiales, para que las ofertas partan de lo que de verdad falta.
¿Cómo se calcula el desplazamiento?
Cada profesional fija un precio por kilómetro en su ciudad, con tramos de distancia. El desplazamiento hasta tu dirección aparece en su propia línea, y lo ves antes de aceptar.
¿Cuánto sale un trabajo real?
Un grifo que gotea: 45,00 € de mano de obra, 12,00 € de materiales y 6,00 € de desplazamiento suman 63,00 €. La Tarifa de Protección y Seguridad es del 5%, es decir, 3,15 €. Pagas 66,15 € en total, y es la cifra que ves antes de reservar.

Hay trabajos que solo se pueden presupuestar en el sitio. En ese caso, el profesional propone el precio en la app después de ver el problema. El trabajo solo puede terminarse cuando lo aceptas, y tu tarjeta se cobra en ese momento.
¿Pedir ofertas cuesta algo?
No. No se cobra nada antes de que un profesional acepte tu solicitud, y hasta entonces puedes cancelar gratis. La tarifa del 5% solo se aplica al trabajo que reservas, con un mínimo de 1,50 € y un máximo de 12 €.
